I used to be so afraid of telling my story…

What will people think?
Who am I to say this?
Will they like what I have to say?
Will they still love me?
What if I offend or trigger people?
Will people buy from me?

^^^ Just some of the thoughts entrepreneurs, leaders, feelers, healers and world-changers like YOU and ME have multiple times per day.

This is normal, especially for women and especially for women at the helm of businesses, missions and movements.

And is it any surprise!??

The fear of speaking up, sharing our ideas and telling our stories is mired in millennia of oppression and Patriarchal BS.

Want the good news?

a) They’re just thoughts!

b) If you’re here, you’re part of a movement of change makers on a uniquely feminine journey to to reclaim our voices, bodies and money

I tried everything to shrink myself down…

Yep, I haven’t always been the (quiet, introverted, calm) REBEL I am now.

I was obsessed with making my body and voice as small as possible, hoping I could fold myself into the version of a woman the world told me was desirable.

Imagine a 1990s rom-com without the happy ending and you’ll get a good picture of the life I was living. It was all cocktails, spending £££ to look casually sexy, bad dates, drunken sex and a “go-getting” career in communications.

It wasn’t until I discovered how the body tells its own story that everything changed.

We all get the warning signs telling us all is not well. A pain there, a digestive thing here. I’d spent so many years numbing out with anything I could get my hands on, that it took me a while to start listening.

But when I did, WOW!!! So much pain but also so much… pleasure? And what’s that pussy? You like… women? And what’s that menstrual cramps… you want me to… REST?

Once I finally understood what my body was telling me –– that old stories and unresolved trauma were keeping me from showing up for my life in a way that felt good –– I dedicated myself to helping women HEAL their nervous system, EXPRESS their true selves and RECEIVE all of life’s gifts.

I’m all about helping you lead with your body

Because after a long journey that’s taken in everything from political communications and women’s magazines to the world of yoga, womb wisdom and somatic healing, I know the truth:

The fear you feel about stepping into bigger leadership?

That’s simply the power in your body trying to express itself

Tamsin Crimmens is a somatic coach working with (quietly) rebellious female entrepreneurs, coaches, healers and creatives who want to step into their own version of embodied leadership.

She’s obsessed with helping best-kept-secrets who’d love to be more “industry famous” discover the medicine in their message, feel confident sharing it and get paid for being themselves.

As a former journalist with bylines in ELLE, Stylist, Grazia, The Guardian, and The Sunday Times Style, she’s written about it all and interviewed everyone from Caitlin Moran to Stella McCartney.

Tamsin blends journalistic instinct with somatic healing so her clients can build pleasure-based businesses that disrupt the status quo.

If you’re ready to grow your business in harmony with your body, you’re in the right place.
