Hey! I’m Tamsin and as a somatic coach, I help phenomenal women get paid for being themselves.
Most business owners who want more impact spend way too much time worrying about strategy, tactics, to-do’s and searching for more mindset blocks or limiting beliefs.
Yet what I’ve found with myself and my clients is that, when we pay attention to what’s happening at the root, usually the thing we most need to pay attention to is our willingness to be seen and receive.
We can have the most perfect launch strategy, run a bajillion Facebook ads, do all the healing work and even work on self-worth wounds — but it’s when the body feels safe that the fun really begins.
I’ve been working with the pelvic bowl and nervous system in my business for the past 5+ years, and I’ve seen firsthand how working in partnership with the body can transform your receiving capacity, access to pleasure, ease and peace, relationships, how you work in your business, how you BE in the world.
